Geeking out for a moment, Google has pulled off a very cool feature with their docs platform. You can now setup web forms to feed directly into spreadsheets, word docs, etc. This is awesome for an input form without having to setup a stupid DB table to capture info that could be just as easily stored in a spreadsheet.
